Terms & Conditions for Synks

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Synks’ platform, services, and integrations provided by Synks. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Services”: Synks’ eCommerce integration platform, including API integrations, integration management, and troubleshooting services.
“User”: A tech partner who has an account with Synks.
“Merchants”: Customers referred to Synks by tech partners for integration onboarding.

2. User Account & Registration

Tech partners are required to create an account with Synks, providing a name, email, and password.
Merchants are onboarded via a unique magic link provided by tech partners and do not require an account at Synks.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not use Synks’ platform to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to, fraud, drug trafficking, and similar unlawful conduct.

4. Data Ownership

Synks retains ownership of the platform and integrations, while partners and merchants retain ownership of their data.
Partners are responsible for managing and deleting their merchants' data when necessary.

5. Termination of Services

Synks reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if users violate these Terms.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

Synks is not liable for any downtime or disruptions caused by third-party systems.
Synks is not liable for any natural disasters, force majeure events, or any external factors outside of Synks’ control.
For functionality issues, Synks will respond promptly to resolve the matter.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon with each tech partner, typically involving a base flat fee per merchant and usage costs.
Additional charges may apply for new integrations or expansion of existing integrations.

8. Modifications to Terms

Synks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
